Shelley has always known she was here to serve humanity. Finally, in her mid twenties, at a crystal healing workshop, her mission started to become clear. The fact that every single thing on the planet is a crystal of various forms, makes us all connected and equal. We are simply energy vibrating at a different rate, with a different pattern to our life force. The way we use our energy determines how we move through the world on our individual missions—is yours a journey of ease or disease?
Shelley has a reverence for the human experience, and a respect for the uniqueness of everyone’s journey. Using a powerful yet light touch and the strategic placement of crystals, Shelley provides a healing experience of rest and repair by bringing into balance the energy currents of the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. In fully clothed comfort on the massage table, the experience is akin to pushing the reset button.
Clients report a reduction in pain, they sleep better, feel more able to cope with their priorities, and feel more at peace—like they’ve been ‘put back together’.
As a high-dimensional healer trained in Usui Reiki, Polarity Energy Balancing, Crystal Healing, and accredited as an Angel Intuitive™ she provides her clients with a breadth of knowledge, and a dedication to facilitating their healing process. A process that Shelley is adamant, is all about them, not about her.
Shelley has spent many years practicing meditation and yoga, doing her own inner work, and absorbing the wisdom of spiritual teachers such as Guru Shakti Durga, Caroline Myss, and Julie Collet, and received her Angel Intuitive™ accreditation with Doreen Virtue Ph.D on the first Angel Intuitive™ course held at sea.
She doesn’t have all the answers, and she certainly hasn’t finished being challenged by life, but she’s willing to share what’s worked for her.

Established by Shelley McConaghy in 2003, Divine Balance® was created to help people find balance and peace in their lives. For the first 13 years Shelley provided her clients with energy balancing sessions incorporating Usui Reiki, crystal healing, polarity energy balancing, and sound healing techniques.
In 2016 she began providing duo-practitioner sessions with her partner Jason Engelbrecht, who brings the addition of Kurradji (traditional Australian Indigenous) healing techniques, his own unique way of working with crystals, and the support of healers and true custodians of the past, present, and future.

What to expect from your healing
Your batteries will be recharged in fully-clothed comfort on a massage table. Crystals will be placed in your hands, underneath the table, and on your body.
The treatment itself will then incorporate techniques such as yogic breathing, polarity energy balancing, Kurradji traditional healing techniques, sound healing, and gently relaxing head holds and body rocking.
Ultimately the healing takes place between our clients and the source of all—we are just the conduit.
Flexibility
We understand that you can’t always get to us at our healing rooms in Sydney and regional NSW, so we offer distance healings too.
We also understand that household budgets can be tight, so we offer payment plans to help you receive the healing you need, when you need it.

Jason Engelbrecht
Jason embodies earth healing techniques in the form of psychically-initiated Kurradji traditional healing practices. He’s also undergone training in crystal healing and metaphysics, as well as Usui Reiki to Master Teacher level.
Communing with his teachers and ancestors, Jason uses crystals, powerful energy transmission, and sound healing techniques to cleanse and balance the aura.
These techniques work to prompt the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Jason’s unique work takes place on a cellular level to lift and shift ailments.
Healings are performed on fully-clothed clients on the massage table or in a reclining chair depending on mobility issues. Jason likes to work interactively with his clients regarding the sensations they’re feeling, and to continue the dialogue throughout the healing to achieve the best results.

“I have experienced two healing sessions with Jason, for two very different reasons, but the shift I felt on both occasions was extraordinary. The first involved chronic pain in both shoulders, but after Jason’s healing I felt instant release and incredible movement in both joints – and also had the best night’s sleep in a very long while. The second was for a white-tail spider bite that was sore and irritating, and also a source of worry for me because it was taking so long to heal. All I can say is that I physically felt Jason drawing the pain from my arm like a thread, and had no further irritation – or anxiety – after that day.
